In 2010 a new dimension was added to CareActor!

It been over a year and a half ago now that CareActor added a new dimension! We added
-CareActor - a ministry of standing beside persons encouraging them in living out their stories;
-to CareActor - the ministry we've been providing of standing before persons sharing stories.
We are still seeking to join our Lord in both dimensions! Your prayers are appreciated!b>

para-K now meeting on Tuesdays

Huh?! What is meeting when?!
para-K is meeting on Tuesdays!
para-K is an abbreviatioin of paraklesis.
Paralkesis is a Greek word which means: a calling near, summons (esp. for help), exhortation, admonition, encouragement, comfort, solace; a calling to come alongside to be a help, to provide encouragement as help and encouragement is needed.
This isn't a change in what we've been doing dating back to last school year when we began to come alongside some college coeds by providing a place to come for the sharing of a bit of life (and goodies) together. It merely gives what we've been doing a name.
It doesn't mean a change is where we meet. We still meet at 228 East 7th here in Hastings.
But there has been a change as to when we meet. We still gather at 8 but we now meet on Tuesday's.

2012 has dawned and we're looking for where CareActor might be of service

As we enter this new year we have plenty of open dates and we can't wait to see where our Lord will have us be when doing what! If as you check us out on this site you suspect you know a place we might fit , please contact us and we'll prayerfully explore with you that possiblity!
